This blog was created to change the way people think about travelling with a pet and to make it a little easier for those who don't want to leave their furry friends behind. Also, to encourage people who have never considered travelling with their dog to start doing so.
We want to become your trusted site, where you come to organise a trip with your dog, to find out which accessories you can't miss on your trip.
In order for you to get to know us a little better, it is best if we introduce ourselves one by one, as we are 2 people and a dog behind this project.
MEET SARA
Hi! I'm Sara, the ringleader of all this. Travelling has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and the idea to create viajando con perro had been in my head for two years. But life happens, and I wanted to make a travel blog that united my two passions: travelling and dogs.
Besides, I'm a person who can't stand still; in fact, there will be people who know me from my Twitchcontent; others because I was or I am their English or Spanish teacher. But I'm actually a translator specialising in the audiovisual field (film and video games) and tourism. So, I'm in charge of wording of the blog, the copywriting, the SEO, the editing of videos... A lot of things, too many to say.
MEET MARIO
Hello! I'm Mario, who has been half forced to join the project, but as I'm the dog's father, I have to be here against all odds. I'm from Murcia, but currently I've moved with the other two protagonists of this blog, so now the three of us are living in Vigo.
In viajando con perro I will be in charge of the camera part so all the videos and photos have the best quality for the blog and for our social media.
I also play a very important role in the creative part and the ideas of the project, as well as being the driver on the trips.
MEET SNOW
And it's my turn! I'm Snow, a westie born on 13 July 2021, so I'm still a youngster.
Además, soy un perro de asistencia, lo que significa que ayudo a mi guía Sara en todos los ámbitos de su día a día.
In truth, I'm the main character and the culprit that my parents have done this madness, because as they love travelling, they have decided to show our adventures to others. In viajando con perro I will be in charge of posing for the photos, being adorable and entertaining you in the videos.
