When you travel to a foreign country, you may face situations where language is a barrier, especially if you take your dog with you.
Emergencies are unpredictable, and when you're travelling with your dog, it's essential to be prepared. Our language assistance service is also available to help you in urgent situations: has your dog fallen ill, and you need to contact a local vet? Do you have problems at the airport with your pet's documentation? Give us a call, and we'll help you resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
Our telephone interpreting service offers you the possibility to solve a specific problem. Do you need to talk to the hotel staff about pet policies? Are you in a café and want to make sure you can bring your dog in? Just let us know, and Sara will take care of the problem for you.

The call is for you to tell Sara all the relevant information about your trip and for us to get to know each other better. For us, it is essential that we get to know each other before we start any service. Besides, you might be lucky and Snow might be behind you during the call, and you will be able to see him as well.

HOW IS THE BOOKING PROCESS?
The booking process is very simple:
- You must first contact us by email or by private message on Instagram.
- Once we have found the best service for you, you must pay in advance so you can book a date for the Zoom call. You can pay by PayPal, Bizum, Bank Transfer and Stripe.
- Once payment has been received, you will be sent an email with the calendar and timetable so that you can book the day and time of your choice.
- Once you have selected the date and time, you will be automatically sent an email with the link to the meeting.
HOW MUCH IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A SERVICE?
To ensure that you can travel with your dog without any problems, we recommend that you book our services:
- 30 days in advance if you are travelling within Spain.
- 45 days in advance if you are travelling within the UE.
- 3–4 months in advance if you are travelling internationally.
ARE CONSULTATIONS FACE-TO-FACE OR ONLINE?
All our consultancy services are online , so you can do them from anywhere in the world.
CAN THE DATE OF THE MEETING BE CHANGED?
Yes, as long as you do it at least 48 hours in advance.
WHICH SERVICE IS BEST FOR ME?
Sometimes you select several services together because you want us to make the itinerary of a trip, but you also need help with the documentation, so the best thing to do is to write to us explaining a little about what you are looking for. For that, we will send you a form, so we can give you a quote according to what you need.
I WANT AN ASSISTANCE DOG, DO YOU DO THE PAPERWORK?
No, and beware of the online scams and certificates purchased online. Our advisory service is so that you can do the procedure in a legal and safe way with a specialised centre. This means that your dog will have to go to a specialised training centre and acquire the skills you need to mitigate your disability.
