We will call and book your trip, and find interesting advantages and perks.
Final documents
30 days before your trip, I will send you an itinerary in .pdf format so that you have everything at hand.
Always there for you
We are your agents for the entire trip. If anything unforeseen happens, let us know.

WHY BOOK WITH YOU AND NOT WITH BOOKING APP?
We take care of the heavy process of research, planning and booking, so you don't have to be your family's ‘holiday manager’.
Thanks to our knowledge and relationships, we can find experiences and hotels that you would not find on your own. We can check their quality and offer you advantages that will make your trip even better. And if you're travelling with your pet, you'll appreciate it even more.
We think about the logistics of your trip. For example, if your flight arrives late, we can make sure that transport to the hotel is waiting for you; if someone in your group has allergies, we can find restaurants that suit their needs.
HOW MUCH DO THESE SERVICES COST?
Estas tarifas son de agencia de viajes, es decir, la parte de organizar viajes:
- Booking accommodation: totally free of charge for you. I apply a research fee of 50 € that will only be charged if you decide not to book with me. This ensures the quality of our services.
- Personalised recommendations for restaurants or activities: I will give them to you myself when I take care of the bookings, at no cost to you.
- Personalised itineraries: Ofrezco paquetes totalmente personalizados por un módico precio (de verdad).
- Organisation of personalised eventsWhether it is a honeymoon, wedding, or any other special event, a fee will be charged depending on the complexity of the event.
- Urgent trip: si quieres saltarte la cola y que priorice tu viaje, tendrás que abonar una tarifa de urgencia de €60 that are non-refundable.

WHAT THINGS CAN'T YOU BOOK?
There are some things that the agency does not allow me to book for you:
- AirBnB: AirBnB no permite a las agencias de viajes ni a terceros reservar en nombre de sus huéspedes. Sin embargo, puedo reservar casas privadas, apartamentos y villas.
- Book with miles or points: hotels do not offer any benefits or upgrades if you book with points. I recommend you book your flights with points and let me take care of the rest.
- Flights: los vuelos son impredecibles y pueden sufrir modificaciones, cancelaciones sin previo aviso, y no aceptan añadir mascotas, por lo que nosotros te asesoramos qué aerolínea elegir, y también podemos buscarte los vuelos y los horarios aunque no los podamos reservar.

WHY SHOULD I BOOK WITH YOU?
Because travelling with a dog is more of a challenge and most services do not indicate whether they allow pets or not. This applies to hotels, transfers, restaurants and excursions.
Travel agents (like us) have a lot of experience planning and finding accommodation and experiences that best suit your clients. We do the heavy lifting of researching, planning and booking.
In addition, thanks to our relationships in the world of travel, we can get you exclusive advantages and improvements. And best of all, without inflating your rates like in traditional agencies.
We are the first pet friendly travel agency in Spain, because in traditional travel agencies you will not find a personalised service adapted to your pet.
WHAT ABOUT EXCLUSIVE ADVANTAGES AND PERKS?
It means VIP treatment from the hotel, such as room upgrades, free breakfast, spa or restaurant credits or a bottle of wine at check-in, to name a few hotel-dependent upgrades.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I CONTACT YOU?
If you are travelling with a dog, the best thing to do is to write to me as soon as you know the dates of your trip. This way, I can give you the best offers and make sure that your dog will be able to accompany you and is included in the whole booking.
IS IT A SAFE SERVICE?
Absolutely, we are travel agents affiliated with Fora Travel, so everything we book is through their contacts and is totally secure.
For the peace of mind of both parties, everything is done by contract, which must be signed before booking any service, detailing all the details of the trip.
We are very transparent and always work safely and legally.
