Those of us from Spain know perfectly well how difficult it is because, in many places, dogs are still not allowed. And even less so inside restaurants (they could learn a little from France). In this first section we will tell you which ones we DO know are <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>dog friendly restaurants in Belgium<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Fritzguard<\/strong><\/span>: we loved this restaurant, decorated in the style of a medieval castle. They have a variety of dishes, including Belgian style potatoes with gravy, which were delicious. The service was very fast, so we had finished our meal in half an hour, which is important, as if you have a busy itinerary it is best to eat as soon as possible and continue your tour. It is located in Brussels, near the stock exchange.<br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Delirium Caf\u00e9<\/strong><\/span>: this is the most famous pub in Brussels and yes, they do allow dogs. They have a wide range of craft beers and food, but it's quite noisy, so some dogs can get stressed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Mozart<\/strong><\/span>: this is a must if you like to eat. They have spectacular ribs at a very good price. They have restaurants in Brussels, Bruges and Antwerp. We advise you to make a reservation because it is always full, and you can be sure to get a table.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Chez Leon<\/strong><\/span>: here you can eat another typical Belgian dish: steamed mussels. It's curious to say the least, and the restaurant is very famous, and they also allow dogs, that's all you can ask for. We also recommend you to make a reservation because it is so famous that it is always full.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Moeder Lambic<\/strong><\/span>: if you like pubs, and you like to have a beer after a long day, this is the place for you. It's a typical Belgian pub that also has food. And the truth is that we really liked the food, and it was very good value for money. It's true that they don't have as much variety of food as in a restaurant, but everything was delicious, and they also allow dogs inside, which is very nice in winter. One of the star dishes is the Flammekeuche, which is like a kind of pizza with very thin dough and onions, cream cheese and bacon, and we loved it. They have two locations in Brussels.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Caffe Rosario<\/strong><\/span>: it is located in Ghent and is more of a waffle and chocolate caf\u00e9 than a restaurant. The staff was very kind to Snow, they brought him water and were very attentive to him. In addition, some of the staff spoke Spanish (and spoke it very well), so you can imagine how many Spaniards were there.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Brasserie Rozenhoedkaai<\/strong><\/span>: the restaurant: located in Bruges, it was the only place we could find a place to eat there. We didn't ask if they allowed pets or not, we just walked in and nobody told us anything. The truth is that in Belgium there are a lot of places where dogs are allowed, because they assume that if you take them to eat it is because they are well-behaved. They don't have much room for big dogs because the tables are too close together (as they are in Paris), so my advice is to make a reservation and indicate that you are going with a big dog. Brunch<\/strong><\/span>: as the name suggests, it's a burger and brunch place, and the price is \u20ac22 per person, which is pretty good considering it's Brussels.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Jardin des Olives<\/strong><\/span>: this one is a bit more chic, with signature food and, therefore, more expensive. The Fork app says it's dog friendly, but it's best to call and ask or send an email.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>BrewDog<\/strong><\/span>: we are really looking forward to trying this bar because we have very good references to this chain. Apparently there are several in Europe as well as in Brussels.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lyly\u2019s fondue<\/strong><\/span>: another one we really wanted to try, but we couldn't because the opening hours were very limited. They were open until 14:00, which was when we finished our tour, so it was impossible for us to go. They have all kinds of food and the reviews are amazing.
